Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Domestic U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

NAIA DESIGN is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in production or shipped.

Should the customer order an item that is out of stock, we will reach you to you via messages to agree on an alternative product. If no response is received within 48 hours, we will cancel the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact me within 48 hours with photos.
Lost Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

NAIA DESIGN cannot replace items lost due to incorrect addresses.
